Inspecting Your Order

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Due to their fragile nature and high cost of shipping, I do not accept returns on original artworks unless they are damaged. I cannot accept returns for artworks unless they are damaged. For questions about your specific item, please reach out.

How to Report and Return Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at shipping@jiyeonghwang.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include photos clearly showing the damage to the artwork and, if applicable, the packaging.

  3. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. If your return is approved, I will send you instructions on how to send the artwork back.

  5. Return shipping costs will be covered if the damage is verified.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, I will notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
